If you feel that your charger may be broken, please follow the following steps to troubleshoot the issue:
- Remove your charger from the wall and wait for the LED light to fade
- Plug your MekaMon battery into the charger (while it is still unplugged from the wall)
- If no light appears once you plug your battery in, please get in touch with us via the email above
- If a light does appear, please leave the charger connected to the battery for a few hours before plugging it back into the wall and attempting to charge again.
