If you cannot find your MekaMon in Connection section of the app, first check that your device's Bluetooth is switched on and in range. Ensure that your battery is fully charged and your robot is powered on (if the blue light on the head of the robot is on and the red lights are flashing at the rear). Then check that your robot stands up when the battery is inserted.
If your robot does not stand up when the battery is inserted:
Remove all shields and weapons from the robot, remove all legs from the robot, remove the battery from the robot body, replace the legs in different sockets than they were originally attached to, then re-insert the battery.
If this does not help, then please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we can look into this further for you.
If your robot does stand up when the battery is inserted:
Check that your compatible device can find MekaMon in its native Bluetooth section (under Settings > Bluetooth), if it can then please get in touch with us at email@example.com.
If there is no robot listed in this section of your device, however you are able to connect to other Bluetooth devices then please get in touch with us at the above email address.
If there is no robot listed in this section of your device and you are unable to connect to other Bluetooth devices, it is likely your Bluetooth connection issues stem from the device you are using - try a different compatible device.
